BLINN JACOBS
Blinn Jacobs studied at the Yale School of Art four years and received her MFA in painting from the University of Pennsylvania in 1993. Blinn has been in numerous one-person shows, many group shows in addition to having installed multiple drawing installations.
“These drawings were inspired by my doing the New York Times Spelling Bee puzzle. They incorporate my continued use and interest in the hexagon and shapes derived from it. The color choices and shapes are somewhat like my discovery of words in the puzzle.”
